AZURE DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to develop the Microsoft Azure cloud-based solution. Designing and building highly scalable, available and resilience cloud solution architecture. The Microsoft Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer’s primary responsibilities include day-to-day operations, management and support of Azure cloud services.

Experience

ü  4+ years Experience in managing Azure Cloud Infrastructure Services (knowledge of cloud resource deployment principles or usage of specific cloud technologies)

ü  Strong understanding of cloud computing and hands-on experience of migrating workloads to Azure (Azure Migrate or other tools)

ü  Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Puppet, Ansible, PowerShell, Azure ARM, or Terraform.

ü  Should have sound Knowledge of Azure Services viz. VMs, Storage Accounts, Vnet, Subnet, NSG, Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, and have understanding of IT Infrastructure viz. Servers, Networking Fundamentals, Security etc. OS Admin for Windows.

ü  Experience with foundational Azure services such as Azure Virtual Network, Azure ExpressRoute, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Virtual Machine Scale Sets, Azure Grid, Azure Batch, etc.,

ü  Knowledge of Azure App services and Cloud Services

ü  Complex Azure Configuration Issue Investigation, Troubleshooting Resolution within Agreed Client SLAs

ü  Knowledge or experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps

ü  Knowledge of IIS configuration and how HTTP requests are handled by IIS

ü  Familiarity with one or more log and event aggregation and monitoring systems such as Splunk, Azure Cognitive Search, Prometheus, Azure Data Explorer, Azure Log Analytics or similar

ü  Logical thinking, troubleshooting, presentation, and communication skills with strong drive for results

ü  Experience of administering and operating medium/large enterprise infrastructure and services in public cloud environments, including configuring backup, monitoring, patching and security of cloud resources

ü  Implementation of secure cloud architectures and designs that meet client business requirements.

ü  Understand and provide strategic roadmaps for the adoption of emerging technologies including cloud, develops, cloud native architectures, data and cognitive, and AI-driven threat detection and security assessments.

ü  Conducing Root Cause Analysis for escalated complex problems and presenting to the customers.

ü Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree (B.Tech / M.Tech ) / Other Degree

ü  Must have the ability to work independently.

ü   Candidate must be flexible to work and operate during client business hours and time zone.
