Job Summary
You have responsibility for driving revenue and sales objectives in Wine & Spirits category.
Job Details
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Develop pricing strategies through review of competitive pricing reports.
- Devise and implement mapping, zoning and routing in all markets.
- Management of key customer relationships/accounts to drive profitability.
- Clearly map out RTM plan per market/region to ensure availability and visibility.
- Preparation of regular Sales Forecasts in line with current market trends.
- Carry out research to identify new market opportunities.
- Analyzing data on past performance and projecting future performance with key responsibility to drive sales target.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with top level decision makers, distributors and all internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and translate insights data.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically.
- Demonstrated understanding of distributor management and the ability to manage people at a high level in organizations.
- High level of wine/spirit industry and product knowledge.
- Excellent oral, analytical and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
