Responsibilities

·         Design NowNow’s consumer facing products which create a look consistent with all brand aesthetics.

·         Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

·         Present the user interface visually so information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find.

·         Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.

·         Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively.

Job Experience

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s Degree in any field with Video, Animation and UI design experience.

·         Four years+ Experience in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product), HCI, CS, or a related field.

·         Portfolio of design projects

·         Proficient with industry standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Framer, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch)

·         Have great problem-solving skills on technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as mobile, Android and IOS

·         Can implement visual design systems across a range of platforms.

·         Enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams (motion, interaction, UX research, engineering, UX writer) on technical implementation
