•       As a Card Issuing Officer, your primary responsibility is to ensure safekeeping of blank cards and instant issuance of debit cards to customers after verification and validation of the customer in line with the NowNow debit card standard operating manual.

•       You are responsible for collection of debit cards.

•       You are required to engage the courier company for card pick up and dispatch to our customers

•       You will be responsible for managing and notifying head of cards operations for re-ordering of consumables to avoid stock out.

•       You are responsible for the database of the manifest provided by perso companies

•       You will are responsible for report generation of printed cards vis-a –vis collected cards by our customers, weekly, monthly and quarterly report

•       Maintenance of card collection register for ease of reconciliation

•       Maintenance of returned card register

•       Logging of card dispute for prompt resolutions

•       Working with other internal stakeholders as it relates to card issues

Job Experience

•       University Degree

•       Good communication skills

•        Product knowledge

•       Applicants must have experience in similar job role in a fintech company.

•       High level of patience

•       Must have Empathy

•       Good judgement

•       Must be ready to travel
